Hostboard is really slow again

It does this a lot for me. I don't think it has anything to do with this specific board, but hb just starts lagging sometimes.

I used to think it was just my slow connection, but now that other people have mentioned it, I guess that's not the issue. Good for my computer, I guess.

It's slow for me, too. Sometimes it takes forever for me to edit a post; by the time I edit out my mistakes, there are multiple replies below it. (Or, maybe that just means I make a lot of mistakes! [img]wink.gif[/img] ).

Has anyone noticed if the slowness happens more around busier times of the day? I was wondering if that might be the problem, or if it's just random.

I brought this up a week ago. Judi "cleaned up" some old stuff and it was then good for a lot of people. But I have not noticed any change at all. I don't come to the Hostboard as often now because it's so slow. I don't have time to wait and wait for screens to change.

I think it has a lot to do with the time of day.

Melissa, I have the same problem when I try to check my spelling or edit a post. It seems to take FOREVER.

It just took me 3 tries.....I keep getting the message...Website not responding.
Once I got on, and signed in, I got the message again. Took 2 more tries to get back.
